Used this for my KL trip and it was one of the easiest airport transfers. Booking was simple, QR code downloaded instantly, and just scanned at the gate for both entry and exit with no hassle. Very convenient after a flight when you just want to get moving quickly. The train was clean, efficient, and reached town in around 30 minutes. Best part is avoiding the road traffic jams, especially during busy periods. Much faster and more predictable than taking a car. If you value speed, convenience, and a smooth arrival into Kuala Lumpur, this is definitely worth using. Great option for solo travellers and anyone on a tight schedule.

I'm very grateful to our guide, Darwin, who is of Indian descent. He provided interesting explanations at the sights and even spoke some Chinese. That day, there were three blonde ladies, one white man, and myself. The car was a bit of a cheap, low-end style; it looked great on the outside, but the doors were difficult to open—you had to use force from both the inside and outside.

Was really nice. The park is really big with many activities. The water park closes at 6pm though so you’d have to be there early to enjoy all the rides. The wild life sanctuary was disappointing though, most parts had been closed off.

They send a group chat a day in advance to inform you of all the details. The service from customer service to the driver is excellent and attentive. The driver arrives earlier than agreed, the itinerary is well-planned, communication in Chinese is smooth, and he's very enthusiastic. He takes photos at each location and posts them in the group chat, so safety is very reliable and reassuring. Along the way, he also introduces Malaysian culture and recommends local specialties, and the price is affordable – excellent service. It's very convenient and hassle-free for independent travelers abroad. I will definitely choose this service again if I have the opportunity to travel abroad again. Highly recommended.


