Free admission for children under 6 years of age. However, you must redeem the child's ticket (free-of-charge admission ticket) at the counter before your visit. Proof of online or offline purchase of an adult ticket is required.

Passengers can choose their boarding point at KLIA (T1) or KLIA2 (T2) stations. For example, selecting KLIA (T1) still allows boarding or alighting at KLIA2 (T2).

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email
• E-tickets cannot be canceled or transferred once confirmed
• You cannot purchase child tickets for ages 6–15 in a transaction without buying an adult ticket.
• If you book child tickets online, each child (6–15 years old) will receive a barcode ticket during the transaction. You need to activate the barcode at the counter before it can be used at the boarding gate, as barcodes sent via email are invalid.
• Please keep your personal belongings safe. The company is not responsible for compensation in case of loss.
• Passengers are prohibited from bringing any illegal items on board. Any losses or legal issues resulting from violation of these regulations shall be solely borne by the passenger.
• Note: Kuala Lumpur International Airport Ekspres and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Transit are currently operating a joint service. All passengers heading to KL Sentral central station must transfer via Kuala Lumpur International Airport transit station.
• Passengers with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher or without a face mask will be denied entry.

Validity

• One-way tickets are only valid after the selected travel date (invalid after 11:59 PM on the selected date).
• Round-trip tickets - the first journey date is fixed, and the return ticket is valid for 31 days from the first journey date.
