Special praise goes to our driver and guide, Xiao Lin. He picked us up from the hotel early and provided excellent service throughout the trip, accompanying us the entire time. Our four of us were extremely satisfied with our day trip to Bali. He even took some beautiful photos for us – his photography skills are superb! What an amazing journey it was!
We were in Ubud, and our driver, Mr Agung, a local Ubud resident, came to pick us up. Mr Agung was very professional and punctual. He arrived on time and was well-dressed. He drove carefully, ensuring our comfort on the windy roads.
The tour itinerary met our expectations. We visited all three temples and decided to skip the coffee plantation since we had been there before. Mr Agung accommodated all our requests and was very considerate when we asked for breaks, especially since I was travelling with my daughter.
He explained everything about Hindu celebrations and upcoming holidays, answering all our questions. He was attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, and even provided us with great tips on how to bargain during our visit to the Gates of Heaven in Bali.
We recommend this tour to all future travellers.
