Special praise goes to our driver and guide, Xiao Lin. He picked us up from the hotel early and provided excellent service throughout the trip, accompanying us the entire time. Our four of us were extremely satisfied with our day trip to Bali. He even took some beautiful photos for us – his photography skills are superb! This also further enhanced our impression of the Ctrip platform. This is the second time I've booked a travel product (overseas day trip) through Ctrip, and I'm very satisfied.
