Note: If the cruise ship cannot reach Chaotianmen Pier in Chongqing due to force majeure such as water levels, weather, navigation channels, or pier conditions, passengers will disembark in Fengdu County on the fifth morning and be transferred by bus (approximately 2.5 hrs) to downtown Chongqing to conclude the trip.
IX. Important Notes:
1. The Three Gorges cruise ship ticket is an all-inclusive package (including accommodation + meals + complimentary attractions). Once boarded and checked in, no refunds will be issued for mid-cruise departures.
2. The Three Gorges product is non-refundable and non-changeable after booking. Failure to check in on time will result in a full charge. Cancellations or changes made more than 7 days before departure incur a fee of 1,000 CNY per person, while those within 7 days will result in a total loss.
3. In case of force majeure factors such as waterway control, low water levels, or flood peaks, the specific itinerary will be subject to arrangements on board. If a transfer is required, a 2.5-hour bus transfer will be arranged from Fengdu County to Chongqing, with no changes to the attractions.
4. Complimentary itinerary includes disembarking at 5 major attractions (no refund for unattended sites). Specific complimentary attractions are subject to onboard arrangements, with no additional admission ticket discounts.
5. Additional services on Yangtze No. 3 cruise: Three Gorges Ship Lift experience at 298/person (optional, subject to cruise recommendations)
6. Excludes the Fengdu County downhill ride cable car ticket (CNY 20/person). If needed, please purchase tickets at the attraction.
7. Please note that internet signals may be weak in certain sailing areas of the Yangtze River cruise ship, which is a common occurrence. The cruise ship does not have Wi-Fi.
8. Mainland Chinese residents may voluntarily pay cruise gratuities, which are not mandatory; travelers from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and foreign guests are required to pay gratuities of 200 CNY per person at the front desk.
9. Yangtze River cruises promote green environmental practices. If disposable toiletries are not provided in your room, you may collect them at the front desk.
10. For the Three Gorges Dam tour, please remember your license plate number and the guide's phone number to avoid getting lost.
