The tour guide is warm and friendly and the itinerary is reasonable.
Reviews: From Miami: Everglades Airboat Gator Spotting Tour

The guide was very kind, and the guide on the airboat was helpful and explained everything very well. We were able to see three alligators. However, I deplore the park created next door where nearly ten alligators are kept in less than 30 square meters for a show. This is cruel! And I fear these animals are drugged to make the shows possible… this must stop. The purpose of an animal park is to see animals in their natural habitat. There is also a mini-zoo where other animals are kept in less than one square meter—it's appalling! Especially these days. Please release them!
Reviews: From Miami Beach: Everglades Airboat & Gator Spotting Tour

The bus was a 52-seater, so price of $100 seemed high for just the transport + airboat (which is around $35). Tour was timely and did not drop us off at pickup point (Collins Ave) - instead it dropped us on Washington Ave. The airboat tour was fantastic/ sit in the front row. We saw 5 alligators. The gator show was great and taking pic with the baby gator in hand was exciting
