A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. 👍🏻★

The trip with Mary and David was amazing! They were entertaining, nice and thoughtful of every passenger. The guide helped every single member of the group take amazing pictures and also consider our preferences when serving an early lunch! Overall, one of the best experiences we had with a guided tour!
