This was my first time booking a tour through the website. We chose the Dolmabahçe Palace and Harem tour. We skipped the lines. I recommend everyone get the audio guide (it was included with the ticket)—it's hard to understand without one. Otherwise, each hall is clearly and individually explained, giving you comprehensive information about each room. We had a great time walking around, without the crowds, and took a million photos. I highly recommend this place, and thank you to trip.com for their help!★

We had an amazing experience on this tour. Our guide was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and stories of each place we visited. The locations themselves were magnificent and truly unforgettable. Everything was well organized in the very short time we bad and the guide made the whole experience even more special. The Galata tour experience isn't essential. The price isn't necessarily worth the trip and the wait. The ticket system is very difficult to understand. The QR codes don't allow direct access to the sites but sometimes need to be validated by guides or information points. The process isn't very clear.
