In the end, I didn't need to use it because there was a vacancy (arrived on 12/27 and departed on 1/1), but I received a polite and detailed reply via LINE immediately after booking, and the response was very quick, which made me feel very at ease! I highly recommend it. I would recommend it to Japanese people because of its accuracy and courtesy, and the fact that you can use LINE smoothly in advance, so it's perfect ♥★

but I didn't realize they were waiting for me because my name was misspelled.
Thankfully, everything was processed quickly and I was able to use the service without any issues.
