We'll set off in pursuit of stunning Dalmatian scenery along Makarska Riviera, gradually winding our way over the mountains to Omis. Hop on a boat to trundle your way up River Cetina, watching it carve through the deep gorge and into the teal-tinted sea.
Lunch at Radman Mills is our destination. This riverside restaurant is located in a centuries-old stone watermill. Tuck into a feast of local Balkan delicacies, including meat and potatoes cooked under a traditional cast-iron bell. After lunch, it's time to explore Omis and its colourful history. You'll finish the day wandering the churches, fortresses and narrow streets once walked by the notorious Omis pirates.
