Friendly reminder: From December 23, 2025 to January 3, 2026 during the Christmas and New Year holidays, and from February 14 to February 24, 2026 during the Lunar New Year holiday period, the attraction will experience peak visitor traffic. During these times, unforeseen situations such as traffic congestion and visitor flow restrictions may occur. Therefore, departure times and attraction visit sequences may be flexibly adjusted based on actual conditions. Thank you for your understanding!

According to the official notice from Sydney City Hall, the Blue Mountains attraction Lincoln's Rock will be closed for 3 months starting from January 22, 2026 (expected until late April 2026), with visits suspended during this period. Please be advised.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
