Children 130-149cm can buy concessionary tickets onsite
Seniors aged 70+ can present valid ID to buy concessionary tickets onsite
Each adult may take a maximum of 1 child for free admission
How to use
All times are given in local time
Receive your admission ticket by presenting your valid ID and the voucher code displayed on the booking page after the booking is confirmed
Redemption Location: Shiliupu Pier Area 1, 481 Zhongshan East 2nd Road, Shanghai
Cruise Time: day time 11:00-17:45; night time 18:00-20:30
Change & cancellation policies
Unredeemed bookings can be canceled at any time.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

The cruise time may be adjusted due to force majeure, such as rising tides and government orders. The specific routes and cruise times are subject to actual conditions
If you have already redeemed your ticket and discover the boat cannot depart due to adverse weather or other reasons, please ask for a refund onsite as tickets cannot be refunded later
All tickets are redeemed on a real-name system and valid ID must be presented onsite
