The tour was awesome and very exhilarating. My wife and i enjoyed the entire experience. Alos would like to highlight the efficiency and professionalism from the coordination for our tour by Edz, to both drivers; Babu that picked us up from our Airbnb and Akhtar who was the driver for our safari tour. Both were very friendly and putting safety above all. I will not hesitate to stringly recommend all who are considering desert safari tour to book this tour.

The service team was excellent; there was no pressure to spend money, and they were very helpful in coordinating optional activities. They even refunded any overcharged credit card fees they received. The evening buffet truly exceeded my expectations; every dish was delicious. If you want to experience Middle Eastern cuisine, this is definitely a place to come. They also explained in detail which items were free and which were chargeable. In terms of value for money, it was fantastic; I felt the transportation cost alone was worth the group-buying fee.

Tour was a little less than what we expected. Driver was good with communicating p/u and d/o time and location. Very friendly in the beginning of the tour. He gave us an amazing experience driving through the Sand Dunes - Family completely enjoyed it! However, communication with details of the tour wasn’t clear, the ride on the Camel wasn’t mentioned during the first stop. Driver did not offer to take photos and felt rushed during the activities. Tour comes with a basic dinner (self-serving) and does offer a premium dinner for an additional of 50 AED per person. Buffet food was okay, nothing to rave about. The show is definitely the highlight of the evening.

It was a trip with the kids. Our driver, Wajid, arrived at the meeting point on time and drove us safely to the dune bashing spot. He drove appropriately, ensuring that we could enjoy the dune bashing with the kids. We didn't get to try sandboarding, which was a bit disappointing, as we weren't told otherwise.


