• Waiting Surcharge- R200/hour.

 

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

 

• Bookings shall not be cancelled without attempting to contact the Operator and waiting for a maximum period of 30 minutes to allow the Reservation Office to assist in locating the driver.

 

• Driver 'no shows', though rare, will be refunded in full.
