What a fantastic way to spend a half day just outside Rome! The atmosphere was super relaxed and very genuine. At the winery we got to walk through the vineyards and explore a centuries-old wine cave with the winemaker Paola. The wine tasting was excellent, with generous pours and thoughtful explanations from Paola who is very passionate about her work. Our guide is town was Daniela and she was friendly and fun, showing us around Frascati and we tried some traditional local porchetta with some house wine. The osteria lunch is delicious and was paired with more local wine. This tour strikes a wonderful balance between wine, food, and Italian countryside charm.

It was Fantastic!! Rosie was incredible and her assistant Claudia was also great, we had so much fun, can’t wait to try making my own pasta when I get home end of the month, highly recommend this experience, by the way, wines were so go…..od , we bought a bottle and took it to Sicily shared with our in-laws
