The trip was well-organized and the staff were very friendly. The snorkeling spots we went to were far below our expectations. They're fenced-off areas with little to offer.

Overall, it was good; the network worked everywhere, with no dropouts. Access to chat gpt and Google services was unavailable. I recommend getting a different eSIM card if you need chat gpt.

Hotel pickup went perfectly. Boarding at the port was rather chaotic. Some tour destinations were massively overcrowded. Overall, though, a very nice day.

The incredible beauty of the cave, majestic rock formations, and the calm flow of the river create a truly magical atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized, and the tour was comfortable and safe. The guide was very engaging, informative, and engaging. This is a must-see—the emotions and memories will last a long time!


