We went on a Wales tour with Busybus yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful day with Adrian as our guide. Adrian was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. Throughout the tour, he shared so many interesting stories and facts about Wales and gave us great restaurant recommendations along the way. The driving was always safe and professional, and there was even a clear safety briefing at the start, which we really appreciated. You can truly tell that Adrian has been doing this job for a long time and that he genuinely loves the area, his passion makes the whole experience even more special. Everything was very well organized, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the day was simply beautiful. We would book this tour again without hesitation and can highly recommend it. Adrian is without a doubt one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had.

The excursion was very good, the driver was entertaining and made the trip very interesting; the only drawback I have is that the reason for this excursion for me was to go to Haworth to see the city of the Bronte sisters, we only had 20 minutes to be in this city and I don't understand why they spend 40 minutes seeing a viaduct that in two minutes from the bus you get off, take a photo and continue on your way so you can calmly enjoy this wonderful little city. I suggest you change the times because honestly it doesn't make sense to spend 40 minutes seeing the same monument that is a viaduct instead of spending it in a city with as much history as the city of the Bronte sisters.
