The organization for the start of the transfer was good. However, there was a problem with the vehicle, and we weren't informed of what was happening. We made a stop and were offered a drink while waiting for the taxis that finally completed the journey. Our arrival time in Fez was delayed by more than an hour due to the vehicle issue.

Pick up was promptly. Actually arrived 15 minutes than scheduled and bring us to central point to join up with rest of the group. The van wasn’t full but the seats aren’t comfortable. Keeps on sliding down…. Overall it’s a good ride and brought us to Chefchaouen safely.
