I originally booked a Chinese-language tour, but it wasn't available that day, so I switched to an English-language tour. The rest of the group was foreigners. Our guide and driver, Reinier, was a young Chinese man who spoke quite well and occasionally gave me individual Chinese instructions. Overall, the experience was excellent. The guide was considerate, providing water, an umbrella, and a charger, and he wasn't pushy. His explanations were also very good. The scenery was stunning. I heard it was off-season, so the crowds were relatively small, but there were still quite a few. A truly worthwhile day trip.

Special thanks to Director Deng for his professionalism and attentiveness! He was very good at connecting the itinerary and explaining the attractions. He adjusted our free time as needed. His driving and boating were safe and reliable, making our overseas trip both safe and enjoyable. I will try to join your tour again next time.

We did a day tour with driver/guide Mr. Reinier, and it was an excellent experience. He is a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person who explained all the locations clearly and patiently. Throughout the tour, he personally took care of all our needs and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made the trip memorable. Highly recommended!
