The most authentic Taiwanese experience and the best birthday experience for our family! This trip to Taiwan was short for a few days, we chose to participate in the authentic market experience of Dadao Cheng and making beef noodles, very profound, listening to Alex's interesting explanation, personally wandering the traditional vegetable market in Taipei, felt very interesting. This experience, not only a cookbook can learn the process of Taiwanese beef noodles, we also learned the unique Taiwanese cooking taste and flavor, authentic ingredient selection, the historical background of the streets of Dadao and the surrounding customs.โ
