I was very satisfied with the experience. The environment was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite, and the booking process was smooth. The massage therapist was professional, with just the right amount of pressure, and adjusted the technique according to my physical condition. The tension in my shoulders, neck, and back was noticeably relieved. The 100-minute treatment was very relaxing, and I felt refreshed afterwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to relieve fatigue and relax. I will definitely come again next time.★

You can exchange the ticket you received from your reservation at the hotel lobby and enter immediately. Although it is located in Xinbeitou rather than Beitou, it feels more like a high-end Japanese-style onsen bath than a real sulfur hot spring with a strong odor. However, overall it was clean and well-equipped, making it a great way to cap off the trip.★

Just show the QR code to the front counter, they would arrange a room for you. We went during weekday around 3pm, no much people in the queue, we were lucky that we instantly get a room. The 90 minutes room comes with soda water, hair clips for women, hair dryer, shower head, hot tub and a cold tub. The room was clean, bath tub was clean, there'd be cleaner doing cleaning right after you check out. Worth the experience and quality of service★

Most of the communication at the reception was in English. After checking in, a staff member accompanied me, and we started with a foot bath in a private room where I could change clothes. Both the foot bath and the subsequent massage were very satisfying. Thank you very much.★

You can easily enjoy a hot spring abroad. It's about a 10-minute walk from Xinbeitou Station. If you look around, there are one or two public buses per hour. The changing room and washing area are in the same place, which is innovative. There are three baths, excluding the cold bath. It's almost like an open-air bath, so I got bitten by mosquitoes. Towels, shampoo, and something like conditioner are provided. The towels are large. There is also a hairdryer. There are no brushes. I went at 5 pm on a weekday and had the place to myself, but I was told to be back by 7 pm. It was fine for me since I was traveling alone, but it might be a little too short for a group of women traveling together. If there is a time limit, it should be emphasized more when making a reservation.
