Ewa was our point of contact, she messaged the day before with a updated time. She was friendly and explained the tour ahead beforehand, helped us with our equipment. Joanne was our tour guide around the building. The mixture of facts and her personal stories really made this a special experience. She spoke at a good pace and gave us enough time to really look at the exhibitions and read every plaque (my family loves a good plaque) as well as consistently checked in that everyone was okay and if the information was too much or too little. On our way home we bumped into Ewa, who was kind enough to stop and chat with us a bit more and even gave suggestions on where to visit next. Lastly, I made a mistake on buying tickets for a tour we couldn't make ( entirely my fault). We were fine with not having a refund as it was our fault and the money was going to a good cause, but Ewa went above and beyond and issued a refund. Beyond impressed, you'll be lucky to have them!!! Thank you guys.★

Amazing tour! Adam was a the best tourguide. He had lot of knowledge to share and was great at explaining it. The whole tour was amazing, with mesmerizing nature and a view into the locals and their dayly lfe. We where amazed.
Would recommend both the tour and Adam for everyone, it is definitely worth it.
We even got recommendations for the rest of our visit in Krakow, and we got the taste the most delicious meal, ever.★

The day was amazing, the place was beautiful, Matthew our guide was brilliant from start to finish, gave us recommendations for restaurants (even though I didn’t see till after 🙈) was friendly and informative, Zakopane was beautiful, he took us into Slovenia (just). thermal baths were lovely, really made the experience as it was snowing and -10 we had to Jump into 3 pools to warm up to get to the adults pool bar 🤣 but you can access the tier one straight from inside. Lovely guide really made the tour would definitely recommend
