We arrived at the hotel safely, and had a wonderful day yesterday. Our guide, Peng Morgan, was very knowledgeable about Hainan and the two attractions we visited. His English was excellent, allowing for smooth conversation, and he knew a great deal about the sights and local Hainan stories. We learned a lot along the way. The entire itinerary was at our own pace, neither too fast nor too slow, allowing us to rest and learn at the same time. Monkey Island and the Li ethnic cultural area were both fantastic, and we would definitely recommend them to our friends. Our driver, Mr. Wang, was also very proactive and provided excellent service. Thumbs up to our guide and driver, thank you for arranging the trip! We needed an English-speaking guide, but we were unsure about their English level and knowledge of the attractions. We searched and considered for a long time before choosing this company, and we were extremely satisfied.

Today, Mr. Zheng served our family. His service awareness was excellent, and he was very professional in explaining the scenic area in detail and how to visit it, which made our experience very good. Everything went perfectly. We were picked up from our hotel and told all the way about the people and traditions of China. All our questions were answered. We were fully supervised throughout the tour, moving at a leisurely pace that suited us. We got discounted tickets. We found a restaurant with European cuisine. We were given as much time on the beach as we needed. Our Chinese friend doesn't speak Russian, but that's not a problem with today's technology. Thank you for a wonderful excursion.


