Our guide, Alex, was incredibly helpful. During the hike, he chatted with everyone, explaining about the glacier and the blue ice cave route. He checked our gear, making sure our crampons were on properly, and helped us put them on if necessary. He gave us ample time to take photos at good spots and scouted dangerous areas beforehand to ensure our safety. It was a truly unforgettable hiking trip.
