Pick-up and drop-off service in Siming District and Huli District, late departure, no shopping
Departures from Zhangzhou may be combined with those from Xiamen. After picking up passengers from Xiamen, the vehicle will proceed to Zhangzhou to collect more passengers before heading to the attraction together.
Complimentary access to Longchang Tower or Jicheng Tower outside the attraction (excluding holidays). Note that climbing the tulou buildings within the attraction is prohibited by regulations. If you wish to climb, you may pay 10-20 CNY to the local building owner for access.

If the child is charged at the child price, it already includes the half-price admission ticket for children, so no refund will be issued.
The adult price is all-inclusive, while the child price includes a half-price admission ticket to the attraction with no additional discounts.
Note: Discounted ID holders will be refunded as group tickets: Free ID holders for Yunshuiyao + Yongding Tulou will receive a refund of CNY 20, and half-price ID holders for Yunshuiyao + Yongding Tulou will receive a refund of CNY 10.

For children under 6 years old, take a photo of the child's ID. The travel butler will refund CNY 20 per person on the evening of the last day of the trip.
ā Fujian Hakka Tulou and Hakka tea culture complement each other, known as "Hakka means hospitable home." Whether you're on a group tour or a self-guided tour, when visiting local attractions, after the guide's introduction, you'll often be invited to a local home for complimentary tea or hot water (feel free to enjoy their free Kung Fu tea without obligation to purchase). You can sit and relax, and if tea is recommended, decide for yourself whether to buy. Those not interested can explore the surroundings during free time. There are no shopping stops or forced purchases throughout the experience. Regardless of whether you visit the guide's home, the guide will continue to provide warm and attentive service.
During the off-peak season, enjoy guided tours covering two attractions with intimate service limited to 8 guests per group. During peak seasons and holidays like Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day when guides are in high demand, multiple groups may be combined for commentary while maintaining the same depth and quality of service. We appreciate your understanding of these special circumstances where group sizes may increase.
1. Heavy traffic is expected due to large crowds, so an early departure around 7:00 AM is recommended.
During the Lunar New Year period, the number of attraction guides is quite limited, so you'll need to join a join-in tour guide service, with groups of 3 to 5 combined.
For hotel transfers, vehicles accommodate 6 or 8 people per car. Upon arrival at the attraction, groups will be combined with other tours to share a guide for the guided activity.
The attraction has traffic control in place, so vehicles cannot enter and must park in the parking lot.
