Before you book:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost breakdown, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours before departure. For requests submitted within the permitted cancellation period, a processing fee of $100 per person will apply.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4. The itinerary description is for reference only, including departure time, duration, attractions, and images. Specific details may be adjusted by the driver/guide based on actual conditions for the safety of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. Claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and product descriptions/images will not be accepted.
5. If you choose a package that does not include an admission ticket, you can pay on-site or on the bus to the guide. Only credit or debit cards are accepted; cash is not accepted.
6. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to Neuschwanstein Castle. Due to traffic congestion, taking a horse-drawn carriage is not recommended. The walk from the ticket center to the castle takes about 30 minutes and is a steep uphill path of approximately 1.5 km. There are many steps inside Neuschwanstein Castle, so we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
7. Please note: Without a Neuschwanstein Castle admission ticket, you can only reach the castle gate and visit Marienbrücke (also known as Neuschwanstein Bridge) for free. Only visitors with a Neuschwanstein Castle admission ticket can enter the courtyard.
8. Linderhof Palace Park can be visited without an admission ticket, but visiting the palace definitely requires an admission ticket.
9. Please note: The Oberammergau village will not make a stop, the bus will only pass through.
10. Please note: From May 5 to May 23, 2025, the Zugspitze cable car will be out of service and replaced by the cogwheel train during this period.
