Reviews: Kyoto first kimono experience with photoshoot at Kiyomizu-dera, Tokyo Asakusa Temple kimono reservation photography, Gion Chinese service available with multiple outfit options

It was my first time in Japan and my first time experiencing kimono. Because it was so hot that day, I opted for a yukata-style outfit to make walking easier. Only one person in the shop spoke Chinese, so the others had to use translation software to communicate. Changing was on the second floor, with a room for each person, and I was accompanied by a staff member. After changing, I went to the first floor for makeup. The whole process took about an hour, and then I could wear my kimono and go shopping. I'd definitely come back in winter to experience kimono again, so I could choose an authentic style. I also booked through Ctrip, which helped me quickly contact the shop, and we added WeChat for easy communication.
