Booking was fuss-free, and the location was easy to find. Although the shop space was limited, the staff worked efficiently to handle the costume changes, makeup, and hairdo. They were attentive and offered helpful advice when assisting my girls with their costume selections. The photographers were friendly and patient guiding the girls on the postures, making the session comfortable and enjoyable. We’re very satisfied with the final results and most importantly, the girls absolutely love their photos👍★

This day trip to Hangzhou's West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, Flower Harbor Park, Lingyin Temple, and Feilai Peak was a delightful and unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Teacher Yu! The scenery along the way was picturesque, with pavilions and towers exuding poetic charm. Under Teacher Yu's guidance, every location gained a touch of warmth and history. His explanations were vivid, engaging, and deeply insightful, narrating historical legends with captivating detail and enriching my knowledge. Teacher Yu was kind, polite, and meticulous, and the itinerary was perfectly planned—neither rushed nor tedious—allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty and spirit of Hangzhou. This relaxing and rewarding trip was an excellent experience; highly recommended!★

This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.★
