We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Li Xinglian for her wonderful service during our visit to Stone Forest Scenic Area and Yiliang Jiuxiang Scenic Area. Engaging this service through Trip.com was truly worth it, and we have no regrets at all. Both destinations were incredibly beautiful and highly recommended to visit. All participants on this tour were Chinese, and I was the only Korean. Everyone, including the guide, was very supportive of me, even though I couldn't speak Chinese. Knowing I was traveling alone, a Chinese woman and a young Chinese man even took pictures for me and sent them to me. The tour package itself was incredibly satisfying. Thank you all so much.

If there are two words to sum up the team behind this package: Maximum Effort. Carina reached out ahead of the trip and made sure every detail was taken cared of. AZ our guide took note of our schedule and adjusted the trip to ensure we maximise our time. AZ and Mr Li, our driver was very conscientious and took good care of my family very well. They were very conscientious of the time and made sure we were back on time to catch our train. I had two elderly parents, AZ made sure to adjust the trip to suit their capabilities as these trips had a lot of steps, uphill and downhill. The only thing to bear in mind is that the trip does not include a driver but this can be arranged through the company/Carina. Thank you all for a good trip!

The assigned driver was exceptionally pleasant, punctual, friendly and experienced. He (王师傅）suggested a changing of the itinerary order in order to avoid jams and crowds and it was great. After exiting Xishan, we saw the volume of people and cars coming in to the attractions. When we visited the Stone Forest, the crowds were also thinning so we could take great photos without the crowd. He was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we don't get lost and keeping track of our progress. I'm also very grateful for Herbert and the team checking on our progress. We only booked for a driver so there was no guide. Overall it was very enjoyable and values for money.
