A booking confirmation arrives by email. It contains a personal PNR booking code. Next, at the vaporetto station, we found a VENEZIA UNICA ticket machine, selected "Activate Online Ticket," entered the received PNR, and the machine issued tickets. It's important to look for a VENEZIA UNICA machine specifically, as there's another carrier there that doesn't activate tickets. We bought a single ticket. If you live in central Venice, there's no point in buying a ticket for 2-3 days. Experience shows that you can walk everywhere, and the ticket simply isn't used as often as you pay for it.

The map is very convenient if you want to truly explore Venice and the surrounding islands! I got it very quickly; you just scan the QR code in a special machine located near the Vopareto station at the train station.

This was an amazing experience. We actually creates our own (imperfect) glasses. our guide was encouraging and hands on, making sure we were safe, educated, and ended up with something we will treasure for a lifetime. It gave us a while new perspective on the amazing glass art of Murano!

The tour began in an unexpected and interesting way: the guide explained the history of Venice and the fascinating evolution of gondolas, telling anecdotes you won't find in guidebooks. It's clear they love what they do. This introductory part made the tour much more engaging, as you step onto the water knowing what you're seeing. The highlight was, of course, the gondola ride through the famous narrow canals—the atmosphere is magical, silent, and feels like traveling back in time. The gondolier is very knowledgeable and glides through the canals with mastery. Kudos also to the staff: friendly, personable, and never boring. They made the experience light and enjoyable, answering all our questions with the right mix of professionalism and humor. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Venice in the most authentic way.

The boat ride was beautiful. We had plenty of time in Torcello and Burano. I wish we had a little more time in Murano but it was already going to be a long day so I understand the timing. Overall it was a great trip!
