Visiting tips:
1. Duration: 60–90 mins
Free admission for children aged 0–3, child price for ages 3–12, adult price for ages 12 and above.
3. Bringing in outside food is not allowed.
4. Private elevator direct to 25th floor for visit
Arrive at the ticket redemption counter with your valid ID at least 15 minutes in advance to pick up your ticket and avoid missing the entry time.
6. After the visit, the shuttle will take you back to the ticket office.
7. Respect the privacy of hotel guests; flash photography and professional cameras are not allowed.
Dress code: No shorts, slippers, casual home wear, or sandals allowed. Traditional Emirati attire or formal wear is welcome.
9. Alcoholic beverage packages must be booked by guests aged 21 or older, and ID may be required.
