Excellent! Customer service proactively contacted me after I placed my order, and within 10 minutes, I received my tickets and some important information. Thankfully, they reminded me not to wear shorts, otherwise it would have been a wasted trip. The Burj Al Arab presidential suite, at 100,000 yuan a night, is truly extravagant. I bought the entry-level suite and got a cup of gold foil coffee on site. Buying the set menu in advance would have been much more cost-effective.★
