I booked this tour as a way to explore the local area as a first time visitor at the end of a business trip when I had a few days free. This was my first experience of a private tour and what can I say - it was amazing!!
The organisation and booking was so straightforward and easy to do, great communication throughout and I instantly felt like I was in great hands!
My guide, Sherry, was simply amazing! From the moment I met her she was warm, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable and safe in this place so far from home. Sherry shared loads of interesting facts and information about our starting point, Hangzhou, and continued to amaze and impress me throughout the course of the day! By the end of the tour I was exhausted! But felt like I had learnt loads, and also felt like I had a new friend in my life. The water village is absolutely worth a visit, for anyone wanting to go, and I cannot recommend booking with this team - from the organisers behind the scenes, to the amazing guide and even the wonderful, friendly driver! This is absolutely worth the money and I just want to thank the team once again for making my visit so memorable!★

Wuzhen water town is definitely one of attractions if you are traveling to Hangzhou. The attractions are located in east and west region of the water town. West region is much bigger and crowded. Both regions offer different experience. Advise to visit east first then west region. You may walk in the west region and take a boat ride back to see different aspects of the water town.
The private transfer arrangement made our visit much pleasant and easier without the hassle of public transportation. The driver is professional and on time. Nice and clean car.★
