Reviews: 1-Day Xi'an City Wall + Twelve Hours of Chang'an + Grand Tang Mall Tour [Private Charter, No Shopping]|No shopping stops

Putting aside the consistently warm and attentive service, the tour guide meticulously planned every stop, even though the streets were packed with people. They knew exactly where to park and where to take photos. The later sights were also less crowded, which deserves praise. They chatted and explained Xi'an's history and culture, making the trip not only enjoyable but also educational. This trip made this 40-something-year-old woman feel much younger – kudos to the tour guide!

Professional tour mixed with other groups. We were 10 mins late but guide was patient and nice. Picked us up at our hotel even when it’s outside of the ring. Description as is, but note they will ask you for add-on options. Like cable car ride up to Lishan (complimentary if you buy the package) additional virtual reality tour (quite fun but costly). Might be better if you secure your own ride and get an official tour guide at the Terra-Cotta warrior museum itself.

A very positive experience on the tour with our tour guide Iris. She was a helpful guide in explaining everything and also made the ticketing process seamless. The detail on the Terracotta warriors themselves is extremely impressive.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our tour guide Angie, who was the perfect guide in many ways. Firstly, she demonstrated impeccable knowledge of ancient Chinese history and local customs. She was able to answer all our questions satisfactorily and provided additional background where required. Secondly, she is an excellent communicator. Besides speaking English very fluently, she is easygoing and could chat on any topic. She also replies promptly on Wechat. Thirdly, she provided top-notch service for her customers. Instead of starting the tour at the meet up point, Angie went the extra mile by picking us up from our hotel lobby. She also waited patiently when we spent additional time exploring the attractions. We could not have asked for a better guide. Special mention to Driver Hong’s safe driving and well-equipped car, ensuring a most comfortable journey. We are extremely happy with this tour and would most certainly recommend it to anyone interested in Chinese history.
