Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

Excellent trip with our tour guide Nyoman, on time pick up and comfortable car. Nyoman was a very knowledgeable guide who gave us lots of fascinating insights into Balinese culture and history, he was also very patient when we wanted to dwell a little longer at places. The trip itinerary was also full of exciting highlights especially the monkey forest and the temple. Definitely recommended!

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

Our driver, Pujas, was truly the best! He speaks fluent Korean, so communication is incredibly easy. He's also witty, perceptive, and incredibly kind. Thanks to him, our family had a comfortable trip. When traffic got stuck, he always found shortcuts to avoid them. He's truly a veteran driver. He even helped us buy tickets at tourist attractions, and when we went to a temple, he even kindly put the kids' sarongs in their hair. My son says Pujas is the best driver he's ever had!

This was a great experience. Our driver Sari was amazing! Was early to pick us up, always smiling and hapoy to let us enjoy activities without pressure. The jeep team were also great, overall it’s a long day and lots to do. Make sure you get good rest the night before otherwise you’ll crash around half way through. I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Sari as your driver :)


