Notes:
1. Passengers prone to seasickness must take motion sickness medication before boarding. This helps prevent discomfort caused by seasickness during the cruise. Those with severe motion sickness are advised not to take the cruise.
The meeting address and time are subject to the confirmation document (PDF attachment in the email) received in your booking email. Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes in advance for check-in. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
3. The cruise may be canceled, rescheduled, or the vessel may be changed due to weather, sea conditions, or other factors. These situations are caused by force majeure and do not constitute a breach of contract. We will notify you by email as soon as possible, so please check your inbox for updates.
For spring and fall activities, we recommend wearing hats and gloves with warm clothing, as temperatures range from 6–9°C. Bring a windproof and waterproof outdoor jacket since strong winds may make umbrellas impractical.
5. All passengers on the cruise must wear a life jacket. Those unwilling to wear a life jacket will not be allowed to board. Both onboard and shore staff are professionally trained to ensure your safety.
6. When visiting the ice lake beach, be very careful not to get too close as waves can sometimes be unexpectedly strong. Never walk on ice chunks or frozen surfaces of the lake, as the ice can shift suddenly, which is extremely dangerous.
7. During the glacier lake cruise, please follow the professional guide's instructions and avoid moving around or exploring on your own. The Nordic natural environment is pristine and fragile, so please protect it by refraining from trampling on non-designated areas or damaging the native ecosystem. Practice responsible and civilized tourism.

Sample itinerary:
Your friendly Zodiac guide will meet you at the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon parking lot at least 30 minutes before departure, driving a large blue pickup truck. You'll then take a bus to quickly reach the arrival pier. Here, you'll fasten your life jacket or flotation suit and prepare for an exciting Icelandic glacier adventure to Breiðamerkurjökull, where you'll experience the profound serenity of the glacier lagoon. This tour includes a 60-minute Zodiac cruise on Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where you'll explore breathtaking scenery and spot wildlife. In addition to seals, you may see various bird species. During summer, you might even catch a glimpse of migrating Arctic terns. Your guide will also introduce you to the elegant skuas nesting by the lagoon and the majestic seagulls. Gliding through these surreal, sculpted icebergs on a Jökulsárlón Zodiac cruise is a mesmerizing, otherworldly experience that will delight photographers and adventurers alike. The icebergs display vibrant blue and gray textures formed by volcanic ash residues from multiple eruptions. Keep your camera ready to capture the crystal-clear reflections of icebergs on the water's surface and the awe-inspiring glacial landscapes. As icebergs melt over time, the lagoon and its surroundings may change dramatically. We recommend making the most of your time by exploring the surrounding area if you plan to take a Zodiac tour of the lagoon. Consider walking to nearby Diamond Beach (officially called Breiðamerkursandur), where chunks of ice from Jökulsárlón wash ashore and glisten against the black sand, creating an enchanting scene.
