Note:
1. Please arrive at Zhuhai Jiuzhou Airport at least half an hour in advance.
2. To board the helicopter, you must present a valid ID such as an ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (children without an ID card should bring their Household Registration (Hukou)).
Helicopter passenger definition:
Infants under 2 years old are not permitted to ride in helicopters.
2. Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Passengers aged 70 and above must present a health certificate to board.
4. Passengers with infectious diseases (such as infectious hepatitis, active tuberculosis, typhoid fever, etc.) are prohibited from taking helicopter flights during the nationally mandated isolation period. Additionally, passengers with chickenpox are prohibited from boarding if the affected areas have not fully healed.
5. Individuals with mental illnesses. Passengers with conditions such as epilepsy or other psychiatric disorders are not permitted to board the helicopter.
6. Patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Due to the noise and vibration during helicopter takeoff and landing, patients with cerebrovascular conditions such as cerebral thrombosis, brain tumors, or cerebral hemorrhage are not recommended to take helicopter flights.
7. Patients with respiratory diseases. Patients with conditions such as emphysema or pulmonary heart disease may experience aggravated symptoms during the flight due to gas expansion, such as pneumothorax or pulmonary bullae, as they may not adapt well to the environment. Therefore, it is not recommended for such patients to take helicopter flights.
Passengers with heart disease, high blood pressure, or coronary heart disease are prohibited from taking helicopter rides.
9. Individuals with a criminal record are not permitted to board the helicopter.
Helicopter rides are not recommended for those with acrophobia.
11. Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery generally cannot take a helicopter within 10 days after the operation.
12. Patients with ear or nose conditions. Patients with acute inflammation of the ears or nose, or those who have recently undergone middle ear surgery, are not recommended to take helicopter flights.
13. Pregnant women. Due to the high decibel noise level produced by helicopters, which may affect the fetus to some extent, it is not recommended for pregnant women to take helicopter rides.
7. Safety notice:
1. Passengers must not consume alcohol before boarding the helicopter.
2. If any passenger's behavior poses any danger or potential danger to the safety and property of other passengers or staff members, the staff has the right to deny boarding to that passenger.
3. Do not stop during boarding or disembarking. Do not board in slippers or high heels.
4. Helicopter passengers must truthfully disclose their health conditions. If a passenger conceals their physical condition and experiences a recurrence of illness during the flight, the project operator and flight unit will not be held responsible.
5. Only small carry-on luggage is allowed on helicopter rides and must be available for security inspection. During the flight, luggage will be stored in the cargo hold. Passengers are strictly prohibited from bringing flammable, explosive, toxic items, sharp objects, lighters, or any other dangerous goods on board.
6. During the helicopter ride, passengers are not allowed to carry liquid beverages, consume food or drinks, or smoke.
7. When boarding the helicopter, you must turn off your mobile phone, laptop, and tablet, or set them to "airplane mode." Any electronic devices that may interfere with radio signals are not allowed on the helicopter.
8. If passengers' luggage contains items such as laptops, tablets, or power banks, these items must be placed in the baggage compartment for checked baggage.
9. Passengers who refuse to undergo security checks or watch the safety briefing video may have their boarding eligibility revoked by the project operator or flight unit.
10. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians when boarding, disembarking, or riding helicopters. Parents or guardians will be fully responsible for any safety incidents caused by minors running around without permission, pressing buttons randomly in the cabin, or engaging in horseplay, and will bear all consequences.
11. When taking a helicopter, you must follow the crew's instructions, fasten your seatbelt, and avoid touching any buttons or switches in the cabin. Do not open the cabin door without the pilot's permission.
12. Passengers must not request pilots to perform flights that violate safety regulations and aviation laws, nor interfere with normal piloting operations (such as chatting, touching, or verbal/physical altercations).
13. During the helicopter ride, if encountering a dangerous situation, you must follow the pilot's instructions and must not attempt self-rescue or escape without authorization.
14. If you feel unwell during the helicopter ride, please inform the pilot immediately.
15. Passengers should queue under the direction of the check-in staff and approach the helicopter from its side or front. Do not approach from the rear or walk behind the helicopter. Keep your distance until the red flashing anti-collision lights are turned off.
Passengers should secure their hats and other items that may be blown away by wind or helicopter downdraft.
