This is a brilliant trip for a family. Adam, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable during the trip. We were travelling with an elderly relative and he was very considerate of his needs. Aside from passing on his knowledge of the places listed in itinerary, he was also able to share local recommendations, based on our interests, which made our Chang Mai trip more memorable (he even taught us some Thai!). The itinerary was flexible, and there was plenty of time to enjoy the experience as a family. His recommendation for khao soi was particularly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this relaxing trip for the start of your Chang Mai adventure!

It was quite interesting. I'd been to the Singapore Night Safari before, and it felt similar to the one in Chiang Mai. The day trip was well-planned; we left at 3 pm, arriving at the zoo during the day, allowing us to watch the animal shows or simply walk around the zoo to see the animals. After dark, we took a drive-through to see the nocturnal animals. The herbivores were viewed from the drive-through during the day, and we could interact with the giraffes and hippos. Be sure to buy food to feed the animals!

When you see the sky lanterns and fireworks every day, all the fatigue from the journey and the various customer service issues (from the manufacturers) are forgotten. I highly recommend coming!

It was a magical experience! After we were too late for tickets to the biggest event at the University, these tickets went on sale. It is a private event, 3,000 people, and everything was well organized! Transport, food, drinks (non-alcoholic), and lanterns.

It was a very satisfying trip. Even though there were only two of us on the itinerary, the travel agency still arranged a 12-seater van with one guide and one driver. Despite the small group, the service quality and scope of service were not compromised. Overall, it was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the experience was wonderful.
