(1) This product is a discounted package. No refunds or transfers to others will be provided for any unused inclusions or complimentary items within the package.

(2) In case of irresistible factors such as weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or damage that prevent us from providing services like snorkeling photography, aerial photography, diving photography, or underwater videography, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Additionally, complaints arising from these circumstances will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

(3) No compensation for parking fees will be refunded to visitors who travel to the attraction on their own or by self-driving.

(4) For guests who have booked the snorkeling package or the Attractions & Tours package and wish to add a diving project one day in advance, the merchant can place the order simultaneously. Our company will charge a diving fee of 200 CNY per person. If booked on the day at the attraction, our company will charge 280 CNY per person.

(5) For the diving program, our designated diving site is Foguo Tanqi Diving Site. In case of irresistible reasons such as weather conditions preventing diving at this site on the scheduled day, we will arrange an alternative diving session at Baojiao Diving Site without additional charges. Please note that complaints regarding the change of diving sites will not be accepted. Visitors may opt for a full refund of the single diving program if they choose not to participate before the activity begins. Your understanding is appreciated. Thank you!

(6) If the helicopter activity cannot be conducted normally due to weather or force majeure factors, it can be replaced with another package, with the difference in price being refunded or supplemented accordingly.
