Putting aside the consistently warm and attentive service, the tour guide meticulously planned every stop, even though the streets were packed with people. They knew exactly where to park and where to take photos. The later sights were also less crowded, which deserves praise. They chatted and explained Xi'an's history and culture, making the trip not only enjoyable but also educational. This trip made this 40-something-year-old woman feel much younger – kudos to the tour guide!★

Pointless to book and pay in advance 5 weeks before as the provider booked the day before, not delivering what was requested and paid for. We were in a 3rd row and we couldn't see properly the show as there was a column in the middle. We were told to be at the meeting point at 18:00. There was not a representative from the provider and the girl at the desk told us to go in★
