Snorkeling at Silfra is a once-in-a-lifetime transcontinental experience. Troll Expeditions will take you to Thingvellir National Park, one of the world's top diving destinations as rated by National Geographic. Located within the historic Thingvellir National Park, it forms part of Iceland's famous Golden Circle route. You'll glide through crystal-clear glacial meltwater between tectonic plates, experiencing Silfra's magic firsthand. Marvel at breathtaking underwater views in Iceland's pristine waters, checking off this bucket-list adventure. Afterwards, you'll receive complimentary GoPro photos of your experience.

Important Notes:
1. To participate in this tour, you must meet the following requirements - have read, signed, and followed the instructions on the Silfra Snorkeling Medical Declaration Form (www.troll.is/medical).
2. You can sign the form at the meeting point. - Must feel comfortable in water and know how to swim.
3. Communicate in English during the trip.
4. In good health, not pregnant.
5. You must be prepared to wear a tight-fitting dry diving suit to protect your body from the cold.
6. Your height must be at least 150 cm and no more than 200 cm, with a weight between 45 kg and 120 kg, and you must be in good health.
7. You must be at least 69 years old to participate in this trip. If you are over 60 years old, you will need a medical exemption, which can be found on page 2 of the medical form.
8. You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this tour. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian who has booked the same tour itinerary.
9. If you are 45 years or older and currently or previously engaged in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol consumption, a medical exemption is required.
10. Please note that if you have any neurological, circulatory, or respiratory issues, underlying medical conditions, are battling any illness, or have any physical problems, you may need to submit a doctor's certificate to participate in this tour.
11. If you do not meet the above participation requirements, staff have the right to refuse your participation on-site, and no refund will be issued!!!
What do I need to bring?
• Warm clothing (thermal tops and pants)
• An extra pair of snorkeling thermal socks
• Change of clothes (just in case)
• If you wear glasses, you must wear contact lenses
