I stayed in Yogyakarta for three nights while touring a number of temples in the area. My driver, Wardo, not only accompanied me throughout, but offered informed insights into the histories and stories of each with clear enthusiasm and passion. With time to spare on my trip, Wardo recommended some fantastic holiday activities I otherwise would've missed, and even offered to drive me to the airport at the end of my stay. The convenience took all the hassle out of organising the trip, and I would 100% recommend his services!

It happened to be a one-on-one tour, and I was very satisfied with the content. The guide was fluent in Japanese, so it was perfect, and he was very considerate and took lots of photos. This price does not include tickets, so it was quite a splurge of about 13,000 yen extra! (Borobudur about 450k, Prambanan Temple 400k, Mount Merapi attraction 450k rupiah). I especially recommend it for those who want to know more about history!
