After arranging everything for my child's studies in Europe, I booked this day trip on Ctrip. It was an English-language tour, with half the participants being Chinese and the other half foreign tourists. The driver and guide was a very nice Australian girl who always had a smile on her face. She drove fast and smoothly, making for a pleasant experience, and the scenery was quite beautiful.★

We took a half-day trip to Phillip Island, passing through Nobbs Point Centre and Nature Park. We even encountered baby penguins sunbathing. To get a closer look at the penguins returning to their nests, we specifically chose the "Premium Viewing Platform" and saw the world's smallest penguins, unique to Melbourne (30-35 cm tall). They were so cute! Our driver and guide, Chris, although he had a full head of white hair, was full of energy and introduced the local customs and attractions along the way. He was very professional.★

We chose the one day trip to Philip Island tour and it was great! We first arrived at the moonlit sanctuary for seeing and feeding Kangaroos and Wallabys and watching different kinds of animals, then we went for sightseeing the penguins at Philip island which also was great! Little penguins parade at the beach, much recommended. At the place you can have a delicious dinner and buy something at the shop. I also want to recommend buying the premium ticket to see the penguins, worth it.
I strongly recommend this tour and Oceania company, they are very serious with their job and very friendly. Our guide Judith, was always attentive to our needs and questions, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and welcomed. Judith truly made the trip unforgettable, was on time in the hotel to pick us up, very kind and gentle with us; she explained everything about the city of Melbourne and Sydney, also about different Fauna of Australia and various topics. she demonstrated a deep knowledge of the place, offering fascinating details and enriching the experience with interesting anecdotes, she also brought bottled water for us (very important to stay hidrated on these long tours) for what we were greatfull, she was very nice all day and helped us in every way she could.
