Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.

The itinerary was quite flexible. The tour guide called ahead to meet us at the cable car station. We stayed in a guesthouse across the alley from the cable car station, a three-minute walk away. Everyone arrived and we started climbing the mountain. Along the way, we experienced various modes of transportation, including cable car, car, elevator, cable car again, and bus, making it a truly painless climb. The tour guide was a local and very enthusiastic, making it a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Tianmen was magnificent.

Xiang Age is extremely professional and efficient. We communicated perfectly using the WeChat translation feature throughout the entire trip. He is more than just a guide; you can truly feel that he puts his heart into his work and deeply loves his hometown. Being part of the local Tujia ethnic group, he shared many authentic insights.
