Information about funding the correct bus and driver could be improved as there are multiple companies at that station. Bus and driver was escorting multiple trips at the same time. He was late picking us up in Lucerne. Five of us were cold and it was dark and we did not know if the driver was coming. We had to call.Trip.com Picks
