How to use

After the booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS from Trip.com.

The itinerary confirmation will be sent to your email address no later than 24 hours before departure.

The service staff will not contact you in advance. Please refer to the booking confirmation for the meeting time and location.

On the day of travel, please present the reserved passenger name + e-ticket confirmation at the designated location before the scheduled time (recommended at least 20 minutes in advance) for ticket inspection and boarding.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 100 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

ClearView cruise [Dinner cruise] with a duration of approx. 180 min. Boarding time is 6:45 PM, departure time is 7:00 PM, and return time is 9:45 PM.

[Standard Package] Includes a three-course lunch or dinner on board.

[Upgraded unlimited soft drinks] Includes a three-course lunch or dinner on board + unlimited soft drinks and juices of specified varieties.

[Upgraded wine and champagne package] Includes a three-course lunch or dinner on board + unlimited servings of selected red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine.

The boarding location is King Street Wharf in the city center. Please arrive at the wharf at least 20 minutes in advance for ticket inspection and boarding.

Boarding time and location may be subject to temporary changes due to seasonal variations, weather conditions, or other factors. Please refer to the information provided on your confirmation document received after successful booking.

1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 30 minutes in advance to redeem your ticket and board the ferry based on the information provided in the confirmation. Late arrivals are not permitted. This product is non-refundable and non-changeable, and passengers cannot switch to other departure time slots or join midway. If you miss the trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Ferry operations are significantly affected by weather and sea conditions, and may be canceled at short notice before departure. In such cases, the ferry company will coordinate with you to reschedule or provide a refund, but will not be liable for compensation.
