If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM, 10 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM 8 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

• Shower room available

• Wetsuits will not be provided during the summer season.

• Remember to bring a swimsuit, bath towel, sunscreen, and beach footwear.

• Wear a swimsuit underneath your clothes and pack an extra outfit.

• Changing rooms are available on the beach for your convenience.

• Make sure to put on a life jacket as soon as you board the boat.

• Beginner swimmers can snorkel beside the boat.

• The tour may be canceled or relocated if the sea is rough.

• If the waves are calm, snorkeling is still possible even in the rain.
