Discrimination against guides based on race, appearance, age or other reasons to request a change of guide is not permitted. If this is unacceptable to you, please do not book. 2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will have their guided tour duration reduced by the amount of time they are late (e.g. if you booked a 90-minute tour from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM but arrive at 9:30 AM, your tour will still end at 10:30 AM). To ensure the best experience, please arrive on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.
