The day before boarding, I was told to arrive 25 minutes early, as the bus was scheduled to arrive 20 minutes earlier due to traffic conditions. However, the bus arrived more than 10 minutes later than scheduled. Many people shivered in the cold and were worried. The bus didn't arrive, and I couldn't contact the company, which made me even more worried. I caught a cold that day, which disrupted my schedule. The bus was very cold and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. The good thing was that the company responded quickly, except on the day of boarding. I also appreciated the ability to safely store my luggage in the car while I was exploring Huanglongjiuzhaigou.

I contacted them via WeChat before the pickup and added them as friends, but for some unknown reason, the request didn't go through. So, before arriving at Songpan Station, I contacted customer service and was contacted by the pickup company. Initially feeling overwhelmed, the supplier's quick and friendly response helped me complete my trip without a hitch.

When booking in Trip.com , I don't know the drop-off point. Before booking, I can contact Trip.com customer service details and leave the mainland mobile phone number that I can contact. The driver brother contacted us in advance what time he arrived. We must ask him where to wait in Huanglong Scenic Area. We thought we were all on the bus, so we hurried there, and he was in the scenic tourist center. Finally, we got on the bus smoothly. Our hotel just booked on the side of the road. The driver was very intimate to drop off in front of our hotel, so that we didn't have to walk too much for our older people. It's really not bad. It's just that the seat is a bit small.

Thank you for arranging the journey of 24-25! Jiuzhaigou Haizi is shining like a gem, clear like a mirror, and the Huanglong Caichi is gorgeous. Although it is not fully seen, it is a treasure. The tour guide carefully introduces the attractions, caring for the family, the driver's eldest brother drives steadily and enthusiastically, helping to carry the luggage is super warm!

The bus was exactly where it was supposed to be. The seats were comfy, the staff was friendly. The staff despite not knowing English language dropped me off at the exact location of my hotel. Highly recommended to take this bus!
