Children:

• Children aged 1-4 are free of charge (parents are responsible for all related expenses and they do not occupy a seat in the car). Only 01 free child is allowed for every two adults, and from the second child, 50% of the tour price will be charged (with half a meal and a separate seat in the car).
• Note: If one adult accompanies one child who is free of charge, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (the criteria for children 50% include half a meal and a separate seat on the car. Any additional costs for sightseeing tickets at the tourist attractions, the family bears the cost themselves).
• Children aged 5-9 are charged 75% of the tour price (with a separate meal and seat in the car).
• Children aged 10 and above are charged the same as adults.

Other general notes:

• Customers on the tour (especially those related to ships, trains, airplanes, or tours to border areas) must carry valid personal documents (ID card/ID card/Passport). Children under 14 must carry their birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above must have an ID card or passport.
• It is recommended to bring pain relievers for diarrhea and common fever.
• Customers who do not have lunch will be deducted VND 80,000 per meal.
• Vegetarian customers should bring their vegetarian food to ensure their taste.
• Any service in the tour that customers do not use will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of visiting points to suit the specific departure conditions of each day but still ensures all points of interest in the program.

Customer's responsibility:

• Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, joint, etc.), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and nervous disorders, pregnant women, etc. These diseases are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must write a commitment about their health when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare diseases, declare untruthfully, or cases that are outside the scope of travel insurance in the tour.
• Customers must self-manage their personal belongings in all circumstances and places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuable items, air tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the trip.
