You skipped the line and the immigration process itself completed in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when I first arrived the staff specifically assigned to assist me was not present when I reached the immigration area. I had to send a chat via WhatsApp to let them know, and even then I had to wait about 10 minutes. Overall, it's not bad, because I still finished before compared to if I didn't purchase this service as the queue was quite long.

First time book the fast lane. Guided by the staff to the fast lane and waited abt 30min to clear the custom. Recommended to use. If u use normal lane, u would wait for at 2 hour to clear the immgration

I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before the trip and given clear instructions. Upon arrival, I was met with a sign and taken to a separate area, where passport control took no more than two minutes. Perfect service, considering the queues at Da Nang airport.
